About Sorted IT

Sorted IT began in 1996 as Ctrl-Esc Computer Services Pty Ltd, providing Proactive maintenance and ad-hoc services to small and medium enterprises.

Sorted IT provides support to properties managed by the InterContinental Group, companies that provide Financial Services to their clients and businesses that operate in other vertical markets.

We have technicians that are certified by Microsoft and other vendors.

When there are other vendors involved, we work directly with them to resolve issues. This removes the problem of having vendors that point the finger at each other while the problem doesn't get resolved.

Unlike other consultants who only provide reactive ad-hoc services at an hourly rate. We also provide a variety of proactive services that can be tailored to suit our customers requirements.

These include:-

• Ad-hoc services. This option is charged at an hourly rate for all work performed for on-site or remote support.

• Remote Monitoring of the computers plus ad-hoc services. This option is charged as a nominal fixed fee (per PC) for the monitoring plus all work performed charged as per ad-hoc services outlined above.

• Proactive Monitoring of the computers and network bundled with a number of hours per month. This option includes remote monitoring, remote support and on-site support .

• Managed services. This option provides remote monitoring of the site, remote and on-site support all for a fixed fee per month.

The above options are just a sample of the solutions that we can provide, which can easily be tailored to suit the individual needs of any site or business.
